I want to say thanks once again to this great man called Dr Abiza

well what i've noticed is the the less porn I watch the less guilty I feel, hence the more outgoing/social I am and better mood that I am in. I hate porn. Masturbation is perfectly fine and healthy... But when porn is involved, it's a whole different story. Beating off relieves tension while porn is really just unnecessary. I don't know if many people are like this but I feel really guilty after watching porn.

I've known this girl for a while, liked her since I met her. Early on I made it clear what I felt. We talk almost everyday now and she says she's falling for me. I know for a fact it wasn't , the depression was too extreme and I wasn't a novice drinker either. looking back I really needed that boost . It's been a year now and I am way better in social environments and with the opposite sex. And the insane secret behind it all? I had to learn to love myself. It took a while but working on myself spiritually, mentally and physically helped me take responsibility for my life. And the funny thing is that when I started to respect myself more I gradually lost interest in porn.

When I married my husband I was already pregnant and so I didn't have a job. He had a really good job though so I was able to stay home and take care of our son when it was born. I have 2 theories on looks.
1.) Looks doesn't matter. What I mean is, looks only matter in the entire scheme of things on the scale of about 15%. That is how much looks matters.
2.)I believe that HB's dig a little facial hair scruff opposed to the totally clean shaven look.

I don't think that masturbation is the problem, it is the limitless porn of the internet and the pointless hours we spend digging for it which is the problem. When I was spending 5-6 hours per evening viewing this stuff I found I had nothing to talk about at work. Other people went to the movies, football, gym played sport, went to clubs, meals out, walks runs etc etc etc - not amazing stuff but just watching t.v gave people common ground for conversation.

Me? I just masturbated in front of my computer and at work sat in my corner, smiled at people but on the whole avoided conversation. I got rid of my computer for a year and went through the pain barrier but I feel that I am now starting to feel like the old 'inocent' me of pre-porn days.

I still masturbate but I tend to do it for five minutes in the morning and thats enough. Using your imagination to invent scenarios with real women is also a more healthy approach.
In conclusion I would say drop the internet porn but don't quit the masturbation as it is a healthy and normal outlet if done the old fashioned way!

my husband left me 4 months ago and move to another state leaving me 2000 miles apart from him .
